The Fish variety is from Africa and is produces very striking
peppers on ornamental, sprawling 60cm (2 feet) high bushes.
The plant is variegated both in the foliage and in the peppers themselves.
The leaves and fruit are lined with creamy white and green colour, with the
peppers eventually turning orange then to red on maturity.
This chilli is mostly used to season fish and shellfish.
It is highly prized and much sought after by chefs and cooks.
