The Fresno Chilli is a Jalapeno variety of chilli that
reaches maturity in approximately 89 days after transplanting
out from seedling.
The Fresno Chilli has conically shaped fruit, coloured
from light green to deep scarlet red. The fruit of Fresno Chilli is 6 cm (2
1/2 inch) long with a diameter of 3.5 cm (1 1/2 inch). Flesh is medium
thick at around 2mm (1/10th inch).
This is one of the most versatile chilli pepper varieties. They can be
used in stews, salads or fresh In salsas.
