This is one of my favourite varieties. The plant produces a heavy yield of small, pretty green peppers which turn to yellow on maturity.
Hot Lemon originates from Ecuador.
The plant is ideal for overwintering and will grow successfully the following year with continued good harvests.
Make an excellent sauce by cooking some Hot Lemon chillies in vinegar, add sugar to taste, blend, sieve, allow to cool and refridgerate!
