Do not mistake this with the super hot Naga Jolokia.
Although hot, this is the Indian Cayenne variety.
The plant produces a huge yield of light red coloured pods which have many
uses.
The pods can be dried easily, used to
make hot cayenne power, ristras or
chilli flakes.
