The Pequin is a tiny chilli, usually only 26mm (1 inch) long, but extremely hot!

The Pequin (meaning little) is a common chilli used for ultra-spicy dishes.

Closely related to the wild Tepin chilli from Mexico.

Plants fruit best in their second year and should be brought indoors to overwinter.
